warghh a tension day today. 1stly, toooooooooo many jobs in a queue. Tomorrow due date for tender registration, plus tomorrow also I need to prepare the company profile for Dato’ Sohaimi, and tomorrow also I have to visit project site for the hill. Too many things to take care of as well some minor tasks such as company logo design, new promotion strategy, interviewing new workers, taking care my trainee as well managing the office. Blerghhh.

Well today I met the manager of Maybank, introduced by my manager as her representative if she’s away when I need to get some documents from the bank. Truly huhu I went there wearing my khakis and my folded shirt.. haha sempoi. Well don’t judge book by it’s cover, as the bank manager said.. XD.

Today new signage for our office finally done and we decided to put it up together with the tuition center above our office. So, a few snap of piccies won’t hurt right? Well at least I know my manager likes to act in front of camera.. huhu shh don’t tell her that I post it here or the next day I’ll get smacked in the head. Truly, it’s my design, my proposal and I assigned the contractor. Except the money, the company has to pay it of course.

Yozz (Drum rolls) Ladies and gentleman… announcing the 50th blog post by (drum rolls again) yeah ME!!! haha. I guess I’m not that busy after all since I can update my blog once in a while. XD. Basically today I’m quite frustrated since I lost 1 opportunity after working very hard and positively to get the part of the project, unfortunately somebody else has grabbed it away from my hand. Sad. But hey, that’s business, maybe since I’m not good enough yet to secure my clients. Well it’s an experience to be learnt of. Since there are still more ahead of me, I’ll try my best to grab those opportunities.

Today, my partner come for a visit to my office, bad timing since the office now more like a NYSE. The paperworks everywhere, the office looks like a shipwreck ahaha, tensed and everybody running here and there try to get their job done. 22nd Feb, due date to buy all tender from Selangor’s Government. Gladly I cancelled my visit to The Hill project site since I need to focus more on 3 proposals to be brought in a meeting this Thursday. I hope my porposal to redesign all logos for The Hill will be approved after 2 months of hardwork. Well still need to learn more.

Next month my schedule will be a bit packed since maybe I’m needed to follow my big boss to Jakarta. Still I need to reconsider a few things. Unless new designer has been appointed, maybe I can leave the office heading to Jakarta. If not, I better stay, since my mom needs me here as well. hard decision to be made. Well here a few work I have done.

Greetings to all, I guess I haven’t have a chance to update my blog for quite some times. Being busy lately with work and thanks god for giving me new opportunities to move on. Firstly, huhu my dreams to buy my own car has become a reality and insya-Allah the car will be delivered to me in any days now, huhu counting the days until the day comes. I don’t know why I took the risk to buy my own car without even informing my parents about it. I just simply go to the shop as if I’m buying new clothes. Do some research, and lastly on last tuesday, went to Bank Islam in KL to sign the agreement. I think about 46 my signatures needed on each page of the agreement letter..lolz. Now downpayment has been payed and the agreement has been signed, and now left for me is to wait for the car to be delivered in maybe another 1 week. Lolz I guess it’s about time since now I’m working as project co-ordinator for my company and now I’m responsible for The Hill Station project, a multi million project to replace the old KTM Sungai Buloh into a new international attraction. For the whole week I can’t sit at my office as I need to be on the site as well to assigned job to my partners as well to find contractor in order to fulfill the job vacancies especially in marketing, multimedia and interior design. Actually, I’m suprised that my manager trust me to take such a big project for someone like me who has nothing. But I pray that I am able to take the job and hopefully nothing bad happened in the middle as I have invested some amount of money to get this project, and hope my investment will give me a big return not a big losses. I’m also suprised that I get support from my fellow ex-UTPian to get the project done. Thanks to my best business partner, Marquis, and Snubby. Hope Effi_Weiland will agree to join the team. Your expertise in 3D modelling is a legend honestly. I’m looking forward for this project and hopefully will be a successful one. Well it’s time to rest as tomorrow have a big task to be done, a whole package for MPWK, as well some queued jobs from yesterday. Can’t wait for Sunday where we can have our first meeting since the last RO/Grapevine gathering. ^_^ Don’t worry, I will open table this time honestly. Let’s discuss business. Take care.
